ARTS has been designed with serving police officers to
enable the secure issuing of all types of equipment to divisions
or for specific operations. Additional information can be stored
against each item, such as the date the next service is due, it's
purchase price and the contact information for suppliers.
Set 'Return by' dates when you book equipment out, and keep track of what is overdue.
View a list of all items currently booked out to a specific user.
Maintain lists of 'Standard Issues' for different types of user e.g. AFO, Firearms Instructor.
When booking equipment back into the store you can use a facility to log any defects, so your
maintenance section can see at a glance which inventory items are defective.
They are colour coded so they should not be issued again before they are repaired.
ARTS runs on a standard PC, and may be used in single user mode or be networked.
The ARTS Reports allow full, secure, tracking of where each item has been. There is an instant view of those items currently out on issue and a full audit trail is maintained. System administrators have greater access than standard users who are restricted to view access for all records, plus the ability to book out items.
