Video copying - DVD duplication - VHS tape supplies 
This service is only available in the UK
Located on the Surrey/Hampshire border, we at Cleaford Services Ltd can offer video duplication
that is affordable. If you have a VHS master we can do the copying for you and we can do any number
from one copy upwards!
We can produce VHS copies directly from analogue Video8 and Hi8 camcorder tapes, and also from Digital8.
We can also quote for making a master from S-VHS (Super VHS), S-VHS ET, NTSC, SECAM, Mini DV, Micro MV, V2000, VHS 'C'.
Because we are a small business we can keep our prices low.
We have a lot of experience in copying school productions to video or DVD for sale to parents as a
fund raiser for schools and charities.

Circulating copies to the housebound is likely to be for a mixture of DVD and VHS users.
Our charges are the same for both media.
We can arrange a regular contract where you give us the names and addresses of your intended recipients, and the medium that each prefers.
You send us your master tape or DVD, and we produce the required copies on DVD or VHS, and post them off at just £2.50 + VAT per copy.
If you periodically return the used tapes to us, to be reused, then the price drops to £1.50 + VAT per copy. (We do not reuse DVDs.)
If you are in our part of the world, and would prefer a bulk delivery, rather than our despatching direct to the viewers, then please contact us for the reduced price we can offer.
The church receives a periodic invoice for the work we have done.
There may be a few weeks each year when our service is not as quick as normal as we need a holiday too!

Whilst every care will be taken (and we have not damaged a tape yet!), we cannot accept responsibility for your original - keep a backup copy just in case!
Our prices are based on our supplying
a brand new tape in a card sleeve - plastic cases to take your own insert are 35p each.
DVDs are in a jewel case
We assume that you have any necessary copyright clearance. Copyright material will require permission in writing from the copyright holder before we can start work.
Unless you are collecting you need to add delivery, for which there is a flat charge of £7 per 50 tapes,or for Royal Mail Special Delivery of small quantities.
